Covid 19 landed the first day of my 10 weeks of paid vacation leave. So instead of travelling to a quiet beach in Borneo as I had intended, I spent my vacation period in lockdown making learning resources upon request. As I had already been teaching online for three years before Covid, I did not experience the ‘panic-gogy’ that many of my classroom-accustomed colleagues did. The first iteration of this video attracted thousands of views and a few likes on YouTube so I guess it was helpful. However, since I made it in less than a day the original version was an aesthetic travesty. So a few months later I released a prettier version which is embedded below.
